Matt, one of the founders and owners of Pinnacle Real Estate, has been a licensed Realtor since 2012 and loves working with both buyers and sellers! He especially enjoys listening to the needs of his clients, understanding them, and working hard to help them achieve their goals in either buying or selling a home. Matt has lived in Lynchburg most of his life and loves it! He is married to Kristin and they have three children.
Barbara Terzakos

Barbara moved to the Lynchburg area in 2012 to be closer to family and to stay home with her children. She left south Florida after a decade of successfully selling new construction homes with two national builders. Seven years later, she has return to real estate and pick up where she left off. Her passion is helping people find the home of their dreams! It is Barbara’s desire to serve with integrity, honesty and dedication to her clients. Barbara has three amazing children ranging in the ages of 3 through 15, and a devoted, wonderful husband. The Terzakos family enjoys traveling and being outdoors whenever possible.
Jeremiah Rose
Class A. Operations & Finance
Jeremiah, one of the founders and owners of Pinnacle Real Estate, moved to Lynchburg from Kentucky in 2001 to attend Liberty University. After completing his degree in Finance, he decided to call Lynchburg home. Since that time, he became a licensed class A contractor and has built or remodeled numerous homes in the
Lynchburg area. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and reading.
Kim Rose
Office Manager
Originally from Rhode Island, Kim moved to Lynchburg in 2001 to attend Liberty University. Kim enjoys her role as the business manager for Pinnacle Real Estate and Pinnacle Properties, handling many tasks and managing the company’s rental properties. She is a mother of three wonderful children and enjoys reading, hiking, and playing board games.
Ashley Fox
Marketing Assistant
Ashley is one of our assistants and primarily works on social media content, designing client newsletters and other various marketing material. Originally from Seattle, WA, Ashley moved to Lynchburg in 2010 to attend Liberty University. She met her husband and they were married in 2013. They have two adorable boys and a very affectionate Golden Retriever. Ashley enjoys walks with her family, cheering for the San Francisco 49ers, graphic design and a good cup of coffee.
